Job Title: Derivatives, ETF and Equity Trader

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Derivatives, ETF and Equity Trader to join our team at Natixis TradEx Solutions. As a key member of our derivatives, trackers and shares intermediation team, you will be responsible for executing operations initiated by our clients, while also contributing to the evolution of electronic trading tools and participating in the active relationship with managers to inform them about market information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the execution of operations initiated by clients, in collaboration with the trading team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and principals, taking into account their needs and requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of electronic trading tools, with a focus on reducing operational risk and improving the service.
  • Participate in the daily animation with managers, providing market information and insights.
  • Design and implement predictive models based on data to optimize operational processes and trading workflows, in collaboration with the IT and Data teams.

About You

We are looking for a highly trained and experienced professional with at least 5 years of experience in buy-side market activity, ideally with experience in trading. You should be familiar with derivatives, trackers and equities, as well as Bloomberg market tools, EMS and OMS trading tools, VBA, Python and SQL tools, and data science, API base, pre and post trade TCA projects. You should also have excellent communication and relationship skills, with a strong sense of team spirit and customer orientation.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in buy-side market activity, ideally with experience in trading.
  • Familiarity with derivatives, trackers and equities, as well as Bloomberg market tools, EMS and OMS trading tools, VBA, Python and SQL tools, and data science, API base, pre and post trade TCA projects.
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills, with a strong sense of team spirit and customer orientation.
  • Master's level of English, with a C1 level.
