Your Mission: As our Logistics Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer experience. Your primary objective will be to ensure the timely delivery of products to customers, balancing optimal costs with high quality, safety, and sustainability.

Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change:

  • Oversee and coordinate the shipment of solar panels and other products from our European warehouses and factories to our customers, managing the process from order receipt to delivery.
  • Collaborate with our transportation service providers and warehouses.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of shipping documentation.
  • Communicate with our warehouses, internal stakeholders, and transport suppliers to meet customer delivery dates.
  • Address and follow up on customer complaints.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualifications in business or engineering.
  • Understanding of transportation principles, international trade, and Incoterms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively connect with various teams.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model: part-time in the office/warehouse and remote.
