In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of passengers. You will play a vital role in creating memorable travel experiences for our clients.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Plan and Prepare Itineraries: Meticulously craft detailed itineraries, taking into account client preferences, destinations, and time constraints. Ensure all necessary arrangements are made for transportation, accommodations, and activities.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Greet passengers warmly, provide clear and concise information about the tour, and address any questions or concerns they may have throughout the journey. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Adhere to Schedules and Programs: Strictly follow pre-determined schedules and program guidelines for group tours. Ensure timely arrival and departure at designated locations.
  • Coordinate with External Partners: Effectively communicate with hotels, restaurants, and other service providers to ensure seamless operations and a positive experience for passengers.
  • Prioritize Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all relevant regulations and safety protocols, including driving and rest time guidelines. Conduct regular vehicle inspections to maintain optimal condition.
  • Adapt to Changing Circumstances: Demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving skills to address unexpected situations or itinerary changes in a timely and efficient manner.
