Role Overview:
We are in search of a proficient Cloud Solutions Architect to become a part of our Migration Champions team. This role presents both technical and leadership challenges. Your effectiveness in projects will hinge on your adaptability and a broad spectrum of technical competencies. As a key figure, you will uphold best practices in architecture, security, and automation to ensure project success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Steer migration initiatives and partner with the Commerce team from project initiation to milestone achievement.
- Deliver project scoping, advisory services, and client assistance.
- Engage in team selection for project roles.
Technical Landscape:
- Cloud Platform: AWS
- Business Focus: Migration Acceleration Program (MAP)
- Automation Tools: Terraform, CI/CD, Testing & Security frameworks
- Methodological Approach: MAP: Assess/Mobilize/Migrate & Modernize, Safe
- Modernization Techniques: Digital Native patterns, Kubernetes, Serverless architecture
- Knowledge of VMC and/or VMware
- Best Practices: Well-Architected Framework, Agile methodologies, Platform engineering
