About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Accountant to join our team at BOUCHERON S.A.S. in a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including asset management and account reconciliation.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures, as well as various invoices and vendor/client account monitoring.
- Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the department head and other teams to ensure seamless financial operations and support business growth.
- Prepare and submit monthly VAT declaration (CA3) and monthly Declaration of Exchange of Services (DES).
- Monitor and manage annual VAT exemption purchases and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform occasional backup duties as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in general accounting and financial management.
- Proficient in software applications such as INFOR M3, Hyperion HFM, and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
