About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at GROUP EPTO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the operational activities of a construction site, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the opening of the construction site and ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are in place.
- Pilot the execution of site studies and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed.
- Manage and track material and equipment orders, ensuring that they are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and manage project schedules, tracking progress and identifying potential delays or issues.
- Ensure that all construction work is carried out in accordance with the project's quality and safety standards.
- Represent the company at external meetings and events, ensuring that our reputation is maintained.
- Organize and chair site meetings, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Receive and verify site completion certificates, identifying any defects or issues.
- Develop and implement site-specific risk management plans.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Establish and manage project budgets, tracking expenditure and identifying areas for cost savings.
- Manage the site's financial accounts, ensuring that all invoices and payments are processed in a timely manner.
- Verify that all subcontractor and supplier invoices are paid on time and in accordance with the project's payment terms.
- Develop and manage client relationships, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the project's progress.
- Negotiate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager who has a strong background in civil engineering and project management. You will have a degree in a relevant field and at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. You will be a strong communicator and team player, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
