Position Overview:

A Consolidated Fund Consultant (CFC) plays a pivotal role in delivering guidance across three distinct tiers: routine counsel aligned with annual milestones, thematic insights reflecting ongoing reforms, and tailored advice addressing the specific requirements of various communities.

  • Financial planning and accounting guidance
  • Expenditure management support
  • Revenue generation strategies
  • Investment and financial advisory
  • Taxation consultation
  • Economic and asset management advice
  • Process optimization recommendations

The CFC's responsibilities within the Community of Communes Between Bièvre and Rhône are executed autonomously or in partnership with the SGC of Roussillon.

The CFC may leverage the expertise of multiple organizations to fulfill its objectives.

Operational Framework:

The CFC operates under the hierarchical and functional oversight of the DDFiP of Isère.

This role requires mobility, with work conducted in various settings.

The CFC is provided with essential tools and resources to perform effectively.

Newly appointed CFCs undergo a comprehensive 5-day training program to facilitate their integration into the role.
