SAP Training Specialist: Expert in Digital Transformation

At Hermès, we are seeking an experienced SAP Training Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our large-scale project aimed at improving the performance of our retail supply chain and store operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of Retail SAP.

About the Role

You will be responsible for designing and delivering training methodologies and instructional design to ensure the adoption of new processes and systems across central and local levels. Your expertise in change management, adoption, and training will be essential in supporting our digital transformation journey.

Main Responsibilities
  • Participate in training design framing and review workshops to act as the link between business teams, IT teams, and change teams.
  • Design the conception of training materials (presentations, online tutorials, videos, e-learning storyboard) and provide inputs to ensure training content is relevant, practical, and aligned with end-users' roles and responsibilities.
  • Create or update the training materials for existing tools related to the project and to new tools.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, webinars for trainers, key-users, and end-users.
  • Coordinate logistics for on-site/remote training sessions.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with luxury, supply chain, and/or merchandising, and store operations concepts, processes, and systems.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably on international projects in store operations, supply chain, or IT implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and training methodologies.
  • Proficiency in IT systems such as SAP and CEGID.

Hermès International offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of €65,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
