We are seeking a highly skilled Formation Manager in Alternance to join our team at RATP, a leading global transportation company.

About the Role

As a Formation Manager in Alternance, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our training center. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Session Management: Coordinate and manage training sessions to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Document Control: Maintain accurate records and control documents related to training programs.
  • Evaluation and Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback from trainees to improve training programs.
  • Archiving and Record-Keeping: Ensure the secure storage and management of training-related documents and records.
