beBee Professionals recherche un(e) professionnel(le) expérimenté(e) pour occuper le poste de Garde d'Enfants dans notre équipe à La Rochelle, France. En tant que Garde d'Enfants, vous serez responsable de la sécurité, du bien-être et du développement des enfants à domicile.
Responsabilités- Veiller à la sécurité et au bien-être des enfants au domicile des parents.
- Organiser des activités ludiques et éducatives adaptées à l'âge des enfants.
- Accompagner les enfants dans leurs activités quotidiennes (repas, toilette, devoirs).
- Communiquer régulièrement avec les parents concernant le développement et les besoins des enfants.
- Veiller au respect des règles de sécurité et d'hygiène.
- Expérience dans la garde d'enfants (souhaitée).
- Capacité à créer un environnement sûr et stimulant pour les enfants.
- Patience, créativité, et compétences en communication.
- Certificat de premiers secours (souhaité).
- Fiabilité et flexibilité concernant les horaires de travail.
- Salaire compétitif selon l'expérience.
- Possibilité de formation continue et d'acquisition de nouvelles compétences.
- Horaires flexibles en fonction de la disponibilité.
