Position Overview
The role of the Technology Support Specialist involves assisting educators in the effective use of technology tools and resources. This position is crucial for providing on-site support for the setup, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of classroom technology, thereby minimizing interruptions in the learning process. The Technology Support Specialist will develop digital strategies for curricular content, utilizing various technology tools to enhance accessibility for all students.
Key Responsibilities
- Support teachers in the integration of technology in the classroom.
- Provide assistance with the setup and maintenance of educational technology.
- Collaborate with IT staff and educators to create and implement digital learning tools.
- Train students in the effective use of technology to facilitate their learning experiences.
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $13.26
Employment Terms
Full-time position, 8 hours per day, 9 months per year.
