Clinical Trial Assistant with Financial Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trial Assistant with Finance expertise to join our team. As a leading global contract research organization, we provide pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device customers with a wide range of clinical development, patient access, and technology solutions across more than 20 therapeutic areas.
The successful candidate will support tasks associated with study start-up initiation and will need to have had previous expertise in handling the financial parts of clinical projects. This includes tracking and reporting, ensuring collation and distribution of study tools and documents, and updating clinical trial databases.
The Clinical Trial Coordinator will also serve as a contact for project teams and investigative sites, conduct site contacts, and document contacts for assigned sites as required per study guidelines. Additionally, they will manage labeling requirements, coordinate and sign translation change requests, and prepare documents and correspondence.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hospital contracts negotiations, preparation and validation of hospital overheads, vendor management, and invoicing. They must be bilingual in French and English, able to drive and possess a valid driver's license, and able to present at internal and external meetings.
