We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Specialist to join our team at NEO2. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, contractors, and clients on our construction sites and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety Training and Awareness: Develop and implement comprehensive safety training programs for our personnel, ensuring they are aware of and comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct regular risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential hazards and prevent accidents on our sites.
- Compliance and Auditing: Ensure our operations comply with all relevant health and safety laws, regulations, and industry standards, and conduct regular audits to verify compliance.
- Incident Management: Develop and implement procedures for managing incidents and accidents, including reporting, investigation, and corrective action.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our operations team to ensure effective communication and collaboration on safety-related matters.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Construction Industry Experience: Proven experience working on construction sites or in a related industry.
- Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices; excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
