Maintenance Operations Manager

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of industrial facilities? Do you have a strong background in maintenance and reliability engineering? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International.
About the Role:As a Maintenance Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of our site facilities, buildings, and equipment. This includes partnering with internal and external stakeholders to define and meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement goals. You will lead and be accountable for the implementation of our Building Maintenance program and Facilities maintenance program capabilities, including maintenance repairs and overall operations.
You will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to business continuity plans, manufacturing standards, and government regulations. Additionally, you will provide leadership and coaching to our Facilities team to implement IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working, delivering zero breakdowns via preventive/predictive maintenance strategies and technical mastery of maintenance and operation teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain site facilities, buildings, and equipment
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define and meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement goals
- Lead and be accountable for the implementation of Building Maintenance program and Facilities maintenance program capabilities
- Ensure adherence to business continuity plans, manufacturing standards, and government regulations
- Provide leadership and coaching to Facilities team to implement IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in maintenance and reliability engineering. You should have a strong financial and business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment. Additionally, you should have expertise in PM (Progressive Maintenance) and spare parts management, as well as SAP PM module end-user knowledge.
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or a related field, is required. Lean, Six sigma, WCM, and iL6S certifications are highly desirable. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
