• Consultancy: Four specialized agencies dedicated to assisting businesses in formulating and executing their marketing and communication strategies;

• Media: Fifteen influential BtoB brands, active across various channels of expression (digital, social media, events, and print);

• Activation: Two performance marketing agencies that support advertisers in lead generation and business appointments.
Position Overview
In the role of a client marketing assistant, you will contribute to the growth and commercial objectives of our BtoB media brands and agencies. You will become part of the Group's Marketing team, reporting to the Client Marketing Director, and collaborating closely with internal teams (business leaders, sales management, editors...).
Key Responsibilities
Communication Initiatives
  • Development of client marketing campaigns (email marketing, landing pages, communication materials);
  • Social Media Management (overseeing and engaging with the Group's LinkedIn account);
  • Creation of PowerPoint presentations for the sales teams;
  • Coordination of client events (breakfast meetings, after-work gatherings...);
  • Content creation to showcase the Group's expertise (articles, white papers, videos).
Prospecting Efforts

Market analysis (competitors, events...);

Identification of potential partners (prospecting);

Evaluation and categorization of generated leads.

Advertisement Monitoring

Oversight of sold advertisement pages and client follow-ups;

Execution of self-promotion/partnership pages in collaboration with business unit directors;

Preparation and distribution of pages in conjunction with the graphic design team.
Candidate Profile

  • Currently pursuing studies in communication, marketing, or a related discipline;
  • Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively;
  • Team-oriented, with a collaborative spirit across various departments, capable of managing several projects simultaneously and prioritizing them;
  • Self-sufficient and methodical;
  • Inquisitive, driven, and organized;
  • Responsive and adaptable.
