Job Summary

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Transportation Risk Auditor to join our team. As a key member of the Transportation Risk and Compliance (TRC) team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough audits and inspections of Amazon Middle Mile carrier partners to ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audit or compliance, preferably in the transportation industry. You will be responsible for providing detailed finding and recommendation reports to senior management and business partners, as well as leading and/or participating in special projects and/or assignments as necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough audits and inspections of Amazon Middle Mile carrier partners to verify compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide detailed finding and recommendation reports to senior management and business partners
  • Lead and/or participate in special projects and/or assignments as necessary
  • Meet individual and team goals with the highest standards and diligence
  • Achieve audit and inspection productivity and quality standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Audit or compliance experience, preferably in the transportation industry
  • Outstanding English and French communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle stress, and deliver high-standard results quickly
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret information received
  • Excellent knowledge of Office tools (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Transportation experience (e.g. Transport Manager, Fleet Manager, etc.)
  • Professional auditing qualification
  • Project management and continuous process improvement experience
  • Fluent in at least one of the following languages: German, Italian, Polish, Romanian, Spanish
