Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Horology Trainer to join our team at AFPA. As a Horology Trainer, you will be responsible for implementing tailored pedagogy to promote professionalization and qualification, facilitating beneficiaries' access to employment or adaptation to industry changes while upholding social and professional responsibility.

Main Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery: Conduct learning sessions, independently lead training programs, and implement certification services.
• Technical Support: Ensure the functionality of the technical platform and track trainees' progress.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to support beneficiaries' skill acquisition, qualification, professional integration, and job placement.
• Business Development: Promote AFPA services to partner companies and identify client needs for development.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Horology Expertise: Level 4 or 5 horology certification preferred, or Level 3 with significant experience in mechanical watch repair.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with watch manufacture and repair techniques, as well as customer service principles.
• Leadership: Ability to lead training programs and collaborate with stakeholders.

Work Environment:

Location-based with external, corporate, and training site assignments.
