Job Description

We are seeking a talented Lead Product Designer to join our team in Paris. As the first designer at Aletiq, you will be responsible for building the design foundations, challenging the process, and developing the design team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and user experience are at the heart of our product thinking, and we have a true product-first mindset.
  • Reinventing an entire software category isn't easy, and the design team is the linchpin.
  • You will build our design foundations, lead the way in establishing best practices to optimize the way we do things, and support marketing to land basic brand identity and develop our design team.
  • Finally, our product enables manufacturing companies to design and build tomorrow's products.
Requirements
  • Good interpersonal skills, are empathetic, and know how to quickly build trusting relationships with your contacts.
  • You'd like to work in an intense, positively challenging, and exciting environment.
  • You want to grow fast with the company and your colleagues.
  • You want to have autonomy and ownership of your subjects.
  • 5+ years of in-house experience as a key individual contributor; you've honed your craft on complex products and delivered outstanding results.
Hiring Process

We respond to applicants before the end of each week and within 24 hours of each interview; we will request and share feedback at every stage.

Applicants can expect the following:

  1. A discovery call to get to know each other better ~ 30m
  2. A take-home assessment followed by a debrief ~1h
  3. A motivational interview with one of the founders ~ 1h
  4. Offer stage

A lot of our interviews are enabled through self-scheduling, but we are always on hand to speak to you or answer questions throughout the process.
