Job Title: Senior Backend Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our team at Betsson AB. As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our backend systems using C# and the.NET framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality backend systems using C# and.NET
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Write clean, testable, maintainable, and well-documented code following software development best practices and coding standards
  • Perform thorough testing and debugging of backend applications to ensure high quality and reliability
  • Proficiency in SQL databases, including writing queries and optimizing performance
  • Understanding of software development best practices, including code reviews, unit testing, continuous integration, and delivery pipelines
Requirements:
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Strong background in backend development, with experience in languages such as C#, Python, Go, Java, or similar
  • Knowledge of NoSQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server databases
  • Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git
