Key Areas of Expertise

Your Responsibilities

  • Fostering strong customer relationships through exceptional service delivery
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone regarding product offerings, pricing structures, timelines, and quotations
  • Tracking and managing quotations and product shipments
  • Collaborating effectively with our sales personnel and suppliers

Candidate Profile

  • Possession of a minimum Bac + 2 qualification, with a proactive approach and strong persuasive skills
  • Essential attributes include active listening, curiosity, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
  • Familiarity with telecommunications and/or IP solutions or IT is a plus
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, totaling 39 hours per week
