About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Solutions Specialist to join our team at Arrow France SAS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in the power supply market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow power supply bookings, billings, and profit in line with targets.
  • Collaborate with field-based FAE sales teams and account managers to maximize opportunities and close deals.
  • Uncover and extract existing customer base power needs and convert them into bookings, while identifying new customers in focus markets and applications.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a role combining engineering and sales activities in the power industry.
  • Ability to create strong relations with clients and manage their expectations.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills are required to be successful in this role.
  • University degree in a technical field, preferably in electronic engineering.
  • English at least at B2 level is required to be successful in this role.
  • Knowledge of the French language is necessary.
  • Driving license.
