We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Solutions Specialist to join our team at Arrow France SAS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in the power supply market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow power supply bookings, billings, and profit in line with targets.
- Collaborate with field-based FAE sales teams and account managers to maximize opportunities and close deals.
- Uncover and extract existing customer base power needs and convert them into bookings, while identifying new customers in focus markets and applications.
- At least 5 years of experience in a role combining engineering and sales activities in the power industry.
- Ability to create strong relations with clients and manage their expectations.
- Strong presentation and communication skills are required to be successful in this role.
- University degree in a technical field, preferably in electronic engineering.
- English at least at B2 level is required to be successful in this role.
- Knowledge of the French language is necessary.
- Driving license.
- Stable employment based on a permanent contract with base salary and bonus scheme.
- Possibility to work remotely from home if preferred or directly from one of our offices.
