Position: CRM Project Coordinator
We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the implementation of a new CRM system. This role involves:
- Designing and executing innovative CRM solutions tailored to business needs.
- Engaging in the selection of appropriate technical options.
- Leading the technical design phase of the project.
- Managing the detailed design and execution stages effectively.
- Ensuring that project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are adhered to.
- Providing comprehensive project updates and managing potential risks.
- Coordinating efforts between internal and external IT teams, developers, integrators, and publishers.
- Maintaining the operational integrity of the solution.
- Collaborating with the Technical Manager to develop domain architecture.
- Ensuring the automation of technical processes and tools for efficiency.
Candidate Profile: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM implementation. Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM platforms is advantageous. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large-scale projects and deployments. We are looking for an organized, structured, and collaborative team player who is also detail-oriented.
