We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Project Coordinator to join our Central Legal Team. As a key member of our team, you will support the development of legal projects, work closely with our Chief Legal Officer, and contribute to improving internal processes and workflows.
Responsibilities:- Support the development of legal projects, including contract review and drafting.
- Work with our legal advisors to ensure compliance with local legislation and regulations.
- Develop and maintain legal documents, contracts, and checklists.
- Support the management of our contract life cycle through our contract management software system.
- Provide basic internal orientation to other teams and help identify processes that need to be standardized.
- Graduated top of your class and a lawyer registered with the French Bar Association.
- 3-6 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong understanding of business and corporate relationships.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent French and English language skills (other languages are a plus).
- Proficient in using Google and Office features.
- Experience with contract management systems.
