The Service department, responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of Vestas wind turbines across France, is seeking a Maintenance Operations Coordinator.

As part of the Service Operation Support team, the Maintenance Operations Coordinator will collaborate closely with the operations manager and technical teams. Your role will involve planning maintenance activities in alignment with established processes to ensure safety, quality during operations, and optimal turbine performance in accordance with contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the planning team leader, your duties will include:
  • Creating an accurate 3-week short-term schedule
  • Developing and refining a 12-week medium-term schedule
  • Planning and balancing workload throughout the year for long-term operations
  • Optimizing task execution by prioritizing operational needs
  • Proactively identifying and requesting support based on workload analysis
  • Verifying the availability of necessary tools and materials
  • Issuing purchase orders as required
  • Assigning tasks to appropriate personnel
  • Ensuring completion of work orders by Field Technicians to minimize pending tasks
  • Monitoring planning performance indicators and addressing deviations effectively
  • Maintaining a strong focus on safety throughout all activities
Qualifications:
  • Completion of a 2-year study program or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken (minimum B1 level)
  • Experience in an industrial setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SAP or Salesforce is a plus
Competencies:
  • High adaptability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational skills and effective priority management
  • Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively
