With 16,000 businesses and 25% of the Yvelines' employment, our agglomeration is a key player in the Western Parisian economy.
Your Mission
As a key actor in the economic development of Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the attractiveness and corporate real estate strategy for our agglomeration.
Your Daily Responsibilities
- Pilot the direction of attractiveness and corporate real estate, managing a team of 7 people, and involving them in their missions and transversal actions around structuring projects.
- Value and contribute to the development of corporate real estate to promote the implantation of new businesses on the SQY territory, as well as the anchoring of businesses already present.
- Accompany businesses and their employees in their implantation, extension, or regrouping projects.
- Animate the network of real estate actors to identify the needs of businesses and mobilize strategic partners to promote investment projects.
- Participate in marketing and territorial valorization actions through presence at real estate salons (SIMI, MIPIM, etc.) and involvement in actions carried out jointly with Paris-Saclay.
- Value sectors of activity based on the Economic Implementation Master Plan and animate business parks around the problems encountered by businesses.
- Develop a commercial development and business tourism strategy to revitalize and support commercial problems, hotel offers, and seminar locations.
Requirements
- Higher education in urban planning, real estate, economics, or equivalent.
- Deep knowledge of corporate real estate issues on the Ile-de-France market, and ability to put this knowledge to the benefit of the SQY territory.
- Experienced manager with recognized relational qualities, able to manage a team of 7 people effectively.
- Ability to work in concertation and transversality.
- Driver's license B required.
- English proficiency appreciated.
