We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced learning experience designer to join our team at Hager Electro SAS. As a Senior Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing innovative and engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Develop Learning Experiences: Create innovative learning experiences grounded on recognized adult learning theories, with a strong focus on Leadership development.
- Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their learning objectives and design solutions that will best meet the business goals.
- Lead Learning Experience Design: Lead the work of designing and deploying learning experiences.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and course/content developers and suppliers.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices within the field of learning design and technology.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in learning experience design.
- Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, modern learning technologies, and adult learning theory. Experience of designing learning programs in various formats.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong project management and facilitation skills.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in the English language (French and German would be a plus).
- Additional Requirements: In addition to the requirements listed above, the ideal candidate for this position also has experience and skills in using new technologies to enhance learning solutions.
