Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Assistant (m/f/x) to join our team at the Carhartt WIP Outlet in Troyes, France. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, adapting brand stories to the retail setting, and driving sales to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to understand their needs
  • Process sales transactions and maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Replenish stock and maintain visual displays to ensure a welcoming store environment
  • Ensure all operational store policies and procedures are followed
  • Develop your product knowledge and understanding of the business
Requirements
  • Experience in retail or customer service
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in French and English
  • Confident and outgoing with effective selling skills
