FIDUCIAL Informatique is seeking a Field Technician Trainer to be based in Paris.
This role involves providing installations, conducting training sessions, and offering technical assistance for various hardware, systems, and software at client locations, primarily within the restaurant sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform installations and configurations of IT systems.
- Deliver comprehensive training on management tools, including commercial management and invoicing software.
- Provide ongoing technical support to clients to ensure optimal use of their systems.
Candidates should possess at least a Bac + 2 qualification and have prior experience in a training capacity, particularly with management software.
Essential skills include strong technical knowledge, the ability to work independently, effective teaching capabilities, and excellent interpersonal skills. Experience in the restaurant industry is advantageous.
This position requires frequent national travel (3 to 4 times a week), and a vehicle will be provided for this purpose.
