Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the implementation of data and BI solutions by guiding project orientation, animation, and coordination from initial planning to deployment.
- Develop detailed project briefs and feasibility studies to ensure project success, emphasizing innovation and solution relevance.
- Ensure rigorous project tracking, budgeting, and scheduling to guarantee timely and efficient delivery, with transparent communication with all stakeholders.
- Participate in the development and validation of functional analysis and design documents to ensure high-quality and coherent deliverables.
- Offer customized training sessions to end-users to ensure effective adoption and optimal use of deployed solutions.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables throughout the development process, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data and BI, including successful project delivery and data platform implementation.
- At least 2 years of project management experience, demonstrating the ability to effectively supervise projects internally and externally while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Master the fundamental concepts of BI, including modeling and complete decision-making chains, and apply them innovatively to address business challenges.
- Have a solid expertise in using data On Premise & SaaS tools, including ETL, databases, and reporting tools. Knowledge of Microsoft On Premise & Azure environments is an asset.
- Practical experience with Azure DevOps is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with effective writing skills and technical communication ability.
- Recognized for analytical spirit and curiosity, allowing understanding of both technical and functional aspects of projects, while proposing innovative solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in teams, both internally and with clients, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to anticipate needs, essential for ensuring project success, proactive risk and opportunity management.
