In the capacity of an HSE Assistant, your key duties will encompass:
* Monitoring, analyzing, and revising Event Frequency Indicators (IFE) along with corrective measures,
* Revising safety protocols to align with prevailing regulations,
* Creating and facilitating HSE training and awareness programs,
* Overseeing the systematic distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE),
* Partnering with the Human Resources Department to maintain the medical visit records.
- Degree in HSE or a related discipline,
- Prior experience in analogous positions is advantageous,
- Familiarity with HSE standards and legal requirements,
- Capability to deliver training and awareness initiatives,
- Detail-oriented, organized, and focused on achieving results.
