We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Recovery Officer to join our team at CREDIT MUTUEL LEASING. As a Portfolio Recovery Officer, you will play a critical role in the recovery of material goods and debt collection.
Key Responsibilities- Launch and manage debt recovery processes to ensure efficient and effective collection of outstanding debts.
- Analyze and handle litigation cases to facilitate the recovery of material goods.
- Manage files within collective procedures, including declaration of claims, formal notice, and recovery.
- Initiate judicial procedures to obtain and process necessary judicial decisions for asset recovery.
- Provide information to the Equipment Sales department for material estimation and recovery.
- Handle administrative tasks related to portfolio management, including collection, asset disposal, guarantee enforcement, and data recording.
- Monitor and organize activities, including tracking delinquencies, portfolio management, and reporting.
- Propose and implement approved solutions to optimize debt recovery and portfolio management.
- Degree in Business Law with strong knowledge of private law and business law.
- Familiarity with collective procedures and judicial activities.
- Understanding of accounting and tax principles.
- Ability to quickly grasp the specifics of material goods and their environment.
- Proficiency in office tools, including the Office suite.
- Knowledge of Leasing activities and rental techniques.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Negotiation skills and strong interpersonal relations.
- Rigorous, reliable, and autonomous with compliance adherence.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to synthesize information.
- Determined and energetic in achieving goals.
