At Mondelez Global LLC, we're seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our manufacturing team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their career to the next level.

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled leader who can manage and motivate a team of technicians to ensure seamless production operations. As a Team Lead, you'll be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling daily activities to meet business objectives. You will also provide coaching and training to your team members to improve their technical skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of technicians to achieve production targets and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Plan, organize, and control daily activities to meet business objectives, including equipment maintenance, quality control, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement effective plans to reduce losses, improve efficiency, and increase productivity.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational issues and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in manufacturing or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in autonomous maintenance, progressive maintenance, and total productive maintenance.
  • Proven track record of improving efficiency, reducing losses, and increasing productivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or operations management.
