As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for designing, fabricating, and testing RF instrumentation racks, as well as supervising a team of engineers.
Responsibilities- Ensure the technical relevance of solutions chosen, ensuring compatibility with physicists, software, and suppliers.
- Take ownership of this fully transversal company project.
- Supervise the team.
- Lead and plan various integration phases, from design to obsolescence, including maintaining equipment in operational condition.
- Ensure technical viability and guide design to make it coherent, efficient, and relevant.
- Technical expertise in RF, Microwave, metrology, low power environment/noisy electronics.
- Experience with test benches and measurement systems; working with tests such as Spectrum Analyzers, VNAs, Power Meters, Signal Generators.
- Demonstrated experience in designing RF electronics boards and manufacturing instruments incorporating high performance RF PCBs.
- Technical leadership experience.
- Deep understanding of design patterns, systems & SW architecture.
- Test & Test procedure definition V&V plan.
- Experience writing and maintaining production code for large systems – Strong Advantage.
- Professional English.
- B.Sc or higher degree in Computer Sciences, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in Electronics test equipment.
- Nice to have: familiarity with Python programming, experience with Cryogenic, Quantum, and Professional French.
