Role Overview:
As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their financial health and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enhance a portfolio of clients, including the preparation of VAT returns and annual financial statements.
- Deliver comprehensive annual reports to clients, offering valuable insights into their financial and economic standing.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, discerning their requirements and delivering tailored advice.
- Engage with internal experts (legal advisors, tax consultants, financial planners) as necessary to provide holistic support.
- Facilitate training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of financial processes.
- Conduct regular client visits to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Compensation and Benefits:
Remuneration is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include 28 days of paid leave, 15 RTT, and meal vouchers.
Candidate Profile:
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing client accounts.
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- Strong collaborative skills with a focus on customer service and relationship management.
