In collaboration with a prominent player in the restaurant industry, we are pleased to offer a 24-month apprenticeship opportunity for an Assistant Recruitment & Employer Branding specialist.

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of our employer brand, particularly on professional social media platforms.
• Manage internal HR communication with employees, including job postings and candidate follow-up.
• Promote open positions on professional social networks and utilize job boards to source qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings of potential applicants.
• Cultivate relationships with educational institutions by attending relevant events.
• Play an active role in organizing the onboarding experience for new apprentices.
• Ensure adherence to company employment policies and values.

• Hold a completed Bachelor's degree.
• Possess strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to actively listen.
• Exhibit dynamism, autonomy, and a proactive approach to your work.
• Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of effectively managing multiple priorities.
• Demonstrate proficiency in digital tools and possess a solid understanding of HR principles.
