RBW Consulting is seeking a seasoned analytical development professional to join a dynamic and innovative organization in the pharmaceutical sector. This role is ideal for those with a robust background in analytical methodologies who are eager to contribute to the advancement of product development.
Role Overview:
The selected candidate will oversee and guide all technical aspects of analytical method development, validation, and implementation projects at a Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO). This position is crucial as the company prepares to transition into the clinical phase 2 stage. Responsibilities will also encompass the preparation and evaluation of the analytical components of Module 3 IND submissions.
Key Focus:
The primary emphasis will be on sustained release injectable formulations of small molecules.
What You Should Know:
- Workload: 1 to 2.5 days per week (0.2 to 0.5 FTE)
- Contract duration: 12 months, with potential for extension
- Competitive hourly compensation
- Flexible working arrangements (remote work available)
- Minimal travel required, with occasional client site meetings covered by expenses
- Fluency in English and French is essential, as documentation will be conducted in English
Essential Experience:
- Over 10 years of experience in analytical development and validation
- Experience with injectable formulations, particularly complex dosage forms
- Familiarity with FDA regulations is highly desirable
