Job Overview:
General Mission: In the context of a significant transformation initiative within our Finance Department, we are seeking a Finance / Procurement / Supply Chain Project Manager on a fixed-term contract for 24 months.
This initiative, referred to as "PEPS", encompasses the enhancement of tools and operational methodologies in the domains of purchasing, accounting, and performance management.
The position is integrated within the Project Group's BPO, collaborating with a team of 15 professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform gap analysis between the Core model and remaining deployment locations
- Deliver training to testers and end users
- Facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Contribute to the migration strategy
- Assist users during the Go Live phase
- Support project governance: activity reporting, KPIs, participation in project steering meetings
- Engage in communication initiatives
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a comparable role as a Finance IT Project Manager.
We are looking for individuals known for their curiosity, listening and analytical abilities, and capacity to collaborate effectively within a team.
Expertise in the following areas is essential:
- Functional specifications (understanding, gap analysis, consideration of local specifics)
- Facilitating training sessions
- Conducting functional testing
- Developing test scenarios
- Implementing production processes
Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud and JIRA is advantageous.
A proficient level of English is required.
This is a fixed-term contract opportunity.
