- Coordinate progress and execution of works with teams and clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure proper reception of works, verifying that they meet quality and safety standards.
- Establish financial reviews to monitor project expenses and ensure budget compliance.
Requirements:
- A minimum Bac+2 degree in the construction field, with a strong background in construction works management and building envelopes.
- Proven experience in construction works management, with a solid understanding of project coordination and execution.
- Excellent relational skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams and clients.
- Strong organizational sense and autonomy, with the ability to work independently and make decisions.
