Job Title: Commodity Leader Traction Batteries Systems

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced purchasing professional to lead our commodity strategy for traction batteries and electrical systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining commodity segmentation, mapping supplier markets, and contributing to make-or-buy analysis. You will also manage global supplier panel relationships, frame agreements, and ensure quality, cost, delivery, and technical (QCDT) targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commodity strategy to drive business growth and reduce costs
  • Manage global supplier panel relationships, including QBRs, contractual negotiations, and partnership development
  • Ensure QCDT targets are achieved for projects and tenders
  • Lead supplier QCDT performance reviews and bring innovation through supplier relationships
  • Responsible for commodity QCDT for projects and tenders, including tender phase, project phase, and execution phase
Requirements
  • Business school or engineering school degree and master's in purchasing
  • 4-7 years of experience in international purchasing within an industrial environment
  • Experience with batteries and/or power electrical components is a plus
