We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Head - Strategy to join our team at EssenceMediacom. As a Group Head - Strategy, you will be responsible for leading the media mandates for some of our key clients, leveraging your expertise in media planning and business reconciliation to drive business growth and success.
About the Role:
This is a leadership role that requires a strong understanding of the media landscape, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. You will be responsible for leading a team of media planners and strategists, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of media strategies and plans for key clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of media campaigns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and media partners to ensure effective communication and delivery of media campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure the team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in media planning and strategy. You should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful media campaigns and leading high-performing teams.
