Our Mission

  • Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:

    • Collect production parts for calibration purposes,

    • Create and validate technical documents

    • Coordinate and manage activities with the Photoshop service and subcontractor (Microrectif),

    • Record data in M3 and the metrology management software (Qualigest)

    • Operate circularity machines, surface and form state machines, contact and non-contact measurement machines, and metrological control benches to verify calibration standards,

    • Send calibration standards to suppliers

    • Perform capability studies (Cg, Cgk, and MSA) on metrological equipment.

    • Perform periodic verification activities on measurement means

    Manage and develop the site's metrological equipment, ensure calibration, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on measurement instruments.

Primary mission: Creating and managing calibration standards in place of Type Bille and Rouleaux parts

Temporary contract, renewable every month for 6 months

Profile

You hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in metrology or have 5 years of experience in mechanical product engineering

Knowledge of physical and/or dimensional measurements

Ability to read plans,

English,

Office software (Excel, Word, etc…),

Specific software: Qualigest, Jasp,

Specific equipment: 3D measurement machines, SIP bench, profilometers, circularity apparatus

  • Able to work independently in choosing and validating processes to use
