Job Title: Payroll Manager

  • Supervise the payroll administration for a large group in a multicultural environment, ensuring compliance with international regulations and standards.
  • Optimize payroll processes through digital tools and automation, streamlining operations and reducing costs.
  • Liaise with external payroll providers and ensure accuracy of execution, maintaining strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Implement HRIS systems, integrating payroll data with other HR functions to enhance reporting and analytics.
  • Manage social reporting for the group, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to relevant authorities.
  • Participate in merger, acquisition, and subsidiary opening projects, providing payroll expertise to support business growth and expansion.
  • Coordinate with auditors and public institutions related to payroll and HR administration, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Salary: 60-65K annually
Benefits: Meal vouchers, profit sharing, Employee representative Committee - Teleworking: 2 days/week

Profile:

  • Hold a degree in Payroll or related field, with a strong understanding of international payroll regulations and standards.
  • Experience as a Payroll Manager in an international setting, with a proven track record of success in managing complex payroll operations.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of payroll software (SILAE, Syntec Collective Agreement is a plus), with the ability to integrate data with other HR systems.
  • Rigorous and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance.
