Socio-Educational Facilitator

Position Overview:

UNHAJ is seeking a motivated and self-sufficient individual to become part of our team as a socio-educational facilitator. In this position, you will be instrumental in assisting our clients with various facets of their everyday activities.

• Design and execute individualized support strategies
• Provide assistance to clients with housing-related responsibilities
• Coordinate and conduct group initiatives to foster self-sufficiency
• Encourage client involvement in the decision-making process
• Oversee rental contracts and collaborate with stakeholders
• Support the overarching socio-educational mission of the organization

Qualifications:

• Required qualification in social services or a related discipline
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and communication platforms
• Understanding of youth support services and housing regulations
• Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities
• Essential traits: attention to detail, ability to prioritize, enthusiasm, and proactive approach

Compensation:

A competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package is available. Evening shifts are part of the role. A valid driver's license is necessary.
