Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly ambitious and results-driven Product Manager Intern to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft and execute a comprehensive roadmap for our internally produced games.
You will leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making, prioritizing features based on player feedback, market analysis, and business metrics. Your key responsibilities will include establishing and monitoring KPIs to measure game performance and user engagement, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
You will also lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative features and content, enhancing the overall player experience. Additionally, you will manage in-game economy, including pricing, virtual goods, and monetization strategies tailored for Solitaire & Card games.
As a Product Manager Intern, you will stay informed about industry trends and competitive dynamics, ensuring our Solitaire & Card games remain at the forefront of innovation. You will also advocate for players, ensuring that user feedback is an integral part of the game development process.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Previous experience in product management, preferably within the mobile gaming or entertainment industry, is highly desirable.
You will have a proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of a product throughout its lifecycle. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset are essential, with experience in A/B testing, analytics, and mobile metrics being a plus.
You will also have a solid understanding of mobile game mechanics, monetization strategies, and user experience design. Exceptional project management abilities and organizational skills are required, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
