Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Head of Rewards Solutions to join our team. As a key member of our HRDS organization, you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining our Advanced Compensation module in Workday.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support compensation reviews and answer questions and defects
  • Manage functional enhancements and releases in Workday
  • Oversee documentation and communication, training, and animation on the subject

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Workday deployment, maintenance, and enhancement
  • Experience working on an International HRIS environment with cross-functional teams
  • Strong operational knowledge of Workday Basic Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Core HR
  • In-depth experience with HRIS requirements analysis, compensation business process configurations, and Advanced compensation campaigns
