Your Responsibilities
- Work closely with our management team to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and manage a team of construction site supervisors, ensuring effective project execution and team performance.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure project success and maintain strong relationships.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring optimal budget management and profitability.
Requirements
- Degree in Building, Public Works, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a construction site supervisor or project manager in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational, budgeting, and interpersonal skills.
