As a quintessential neighborhood store, Bricomarché caters to a wide range of customers, from amateur gardeners to seasoned DIY enthusiasts. Every visitor can find the necessary tools and materials to complete their projects while receiving expert guidance.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in all store operations, contributing to the overall performance by managing accounting, administrative, and HR functions (including personnel management and payroll) within established legal timelines.
- Act as a reliable support for both the team and management, ensuring accurate execution of these tasks and maintaining the integrity of data pertinent to your responsibilities. Analyze information, develop accounting or management dashboards, and offer insights or alerts as needed.
- Oversee human resources activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and supporting management in HR development initiatives for the store team (such as recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career progression).
- Exhibit proficiency with various software tools and demonstrate a high level of precision in task execution.
- Showcase qualities such as collaboration, adaptability, responsiveness, and independence, proven through significant experience in a similar capacity. A strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfort with digital tools are essential.
Compensation: Monthly gross salary of 2000 euros
