Key Responsibilities:- Pilot projects and product lifecycles in collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Organize the production and maintenance of products for user communities, ensuring functional and technical performance, pragmatism, and security.
- Animate continuous product improvement by feeding backlogs with recurring issues, collecting feedback, and identifying business needs.
- Decommission outdated digital products.
- Develop and maintain product documentation.
- Regularly monitor product KPIs and strive to improve service quality and delivery.
- Coordinate exchanges and formalize digital deliverables between stakeholders, development teams, and editors, respecting group standards.
- Understand and comprehend digital products within your domain and other domains, promoting consistency and interdependence between products.
- Collaborate in the demand management process and project portfolio governance.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Manager in an agile environment.
- Experience leading transverse projects.
- Knowledge of financial processes.
- Strong skills in agile rituals, backlog prioritization, and JIRA.
- Excellent digital skills, ability to work with technical teams, produce and receive digital deliverables.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Ability to communicate, convince, and mobilize around projects.
- Open-minded, flexible, and adaptable.
- Comfortable in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Proficiency in Google, GCP, BigQuery, PostGRESQL, Java / JEE, FAST, Python, Github, Kafka, ACL, APIs, JIRA, XRAY.
