Position Title: Project Coordinator - Engineering

Position Overview: APTISKILLS is currently seeking a full-time Project Coordinator specializing in Engineering. In this role, you will report directly to the project director and will be tasked with the design, preparation, and supervision of project execution across various infrastructures, including railways, roads, highways, metros, viaducts, and trams. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Facilitating and leading preparatory and summary meetings
  • Conducting initial site assessments
  • Overseeing site coordination meetings
  • Documenting and distributing meeting notes
  • Ensuring adherence to project agreements
  • Verifying that work aligns with approved execution plans
  • Providing both technical and administrative updates on project progress
  • Monitoring project schedules
  • Preparing and executing pre-reception activities
  • Conducting project handover processes
  • Addressing any unresolved issues
  • Managing project budgets
  • Handling administrative responsibilities related to the project
