About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Director at Colisée France. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: You will be responsible for supervising the administrative, financial, and human resources functions of the establishment, including personnel management, absence management, and payroll processing.
- Team Management: You will ensure a positive and cohesive team environment by implementing our established management policy in collaboration with the Director.
- Resident Care: You will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of our residents and maintaining the quality of service provided within the establishment.
- Collaboration and Leadership: You will work closely with our healthcare teams to implement our Patient Action Plan (PAP) and provide leadership and direction to the team as needed.
- Interim Leadership: You will be responsible for temporarily leading the establishment in the absence of the Director.
Requirements:
- Education: You must hold a degree in a relevant field (Bac+5) and have a strong understanding of the healthcare sector.
- Experience: You must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a management role, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth.
- Skills: You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and external stakeholders.
